Regardless of the volume of your accounts, we cater to your needs rather than try to sell you a predetermined program.
You'll get personal attention whenever you need it. You'll be able to contact your rep when it's convenient for you.
How We Work With You
To begin recovering your delinquent accounts as quickly as possible, we'll schedule an initial meeting at your office. During this meeting we'll:
- Review and analyze your current accounts receivable process
- Make recommendations to improve your current in-house collections before you outsource any accounts to us
- Determine the correct level of collection service for your business
- Determine what kinds of accounts will be turned over to LCA
- Set up a schedule for regular onsite visits by your sales representative. During these visits, your rep will deliver and go over your monthly statement and reports, answer any questions, clear up any confusion and make recommendations to improve your collection numbers.
- Set up a schedule for receiving your client inventory report at the interval of your choice. (Monthly, quarterly, etc.) The status report will list the current status and balances of all accounts.
We'll also provide a history report which compares monthly and annual statistics in dollars and by percentage.
3 types of account support
We strive to make ourselves an extension of your office and maintain the same high level of professionalism and communication you provide your consumers. We do this by providing you with the following three types of account support:
- Your own sales representative, someone with almost 20 years of experience in the collection business. Your rep will be in charge of your account. He will come see you personally to help answer any questions or resolve any account problems. Your rep works flexible hours and is available by appointment outside of normal business hours.
- Your own client support team at our office in Savannah. Your team will consist of an insurance specialist, a lead call-back collector, a lead collector, an account support manager, an office manager and a production manager.
These six people work together on your accounts and are each available to help you. Someone will always be able to find an answer to your questions and you'll have access to a live person (between 8 A.M and 6 P.M.)—not just an automated phone line—when you want it.
- This team works closely with our highly skilled collectors, who are trained to get the results you want while treating your customers with dignity and respect. The team concept insures that optimal work will be done on your accounts.
- We also have bilingual support available for your Spanish-speaking customers.
